Personal Reading Terms
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Personal Reading Terms apply to paid personal Tarot readings requested through TAROVERA (tarovera.com).
They apply in addition to the TAROVERA Terms of Use. By requesting and paying for a personal reading, you agree to these Personal Reading Terms.
1. About the Service
TAROVERA provides personalized Tarot readings based on the question, situation, preferences, and information submitted by the client.
A personal reading is an individual interpretive service prepared specifically for the client and their question.
The purpose of any clarification requested by TAROVERA is to understand the client’s situation, intentions, preferences, and the important nuances of the question as accurately as reasonably possible so that the reading can be prepared with appropriate context.
A personal reading provides a Tarot-based analysis of the situation presented by the client and does not guarantee that any particular event, decision, action, or outcome will occur.
TAROVERA is operated by Iudenkova Viktoriia.
2. Age Requirement
Personal readings are available only to persons aged 18 or older.
By submitting and paying for a personal reading, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
TAROVERA may decline a request where there is reason to believe that the person requesting the service is under 18.
3. Requesting a Reading
A client may submit a personal reading request through the form available on TAROVERA.
The request may include:
- the selected reading;
- the selected reading format;
- the requested forecast period.
- the client’s email address;
- the client’s name, if provided;
- the question or description of the situation;
- optional Telegram or WhatsApp contact details.
Submitting the request form does not by itself constitute payment or confirmation that the reading has been accepted.
After receiving the request, TAROVERA may contact the client by email or, where provided, through Telegram or WhatsApp to arrange payment or clarify the question.
4. Acceptance of a Request
TAROVERA reserves the right to review a request before proceeding.
A reading will normally be considered accepted once:
- the required payment has been received; and
- TAROVERA has received sufficient information to understand and perform the requested reading.
Where clarification is required, acceptance of payment does not mean that the 48-hour delivery period has already begun.
The delivery period begins only after TAROVERA has received the information and clarification reasonably necessary to prepare the reading.
TAROVERA may decline a request where it cannot reasonably provide the requested service.
If a paid request is declined by TAROVERA before the personalized service has begun, the payment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable rules of the payment provider.
5. Prices
The price applicable to a reading is the price displayed on TAROVERA for the selected service at the time the request is submitted, unless a different price is clearly agreed with the client before payment.
The client will be informed of the amount due before payment.
Prices may be changed for future orders at any time.
A later price change does not affect an already accepted and paid order.
6. Payment
Payment instructions are provided after a reading request is received.
TAROVERA may use third-party payment or invoicing providers to facilitate transactions.
Depending on the provider used, the client may be asked to:
- follow an external payment link;
- provide information required by the provider;
- receive or pay an invoice;
- complete verification required by the provider;
- or accept the provider’s own terms and conditions.
Where a third-party service such as EasyStaff is used, the transaction may also be subject to that provider’s own contractual, payment, verification, refund, and privacy terms.
TAROVERA does not control requirements independently imposed by a third-party payment or invoicing provider.
7. Information and Clarification Required From the Client
The client is responsible for providing sufficient and reasonably accurate information for the reading.
The question or description of the situation should explain the actual matter the client wishes to examine.
TAROVERA may request additional information or clarification where:
- the question is unclear;
- important context is missing;
- the scope is too broad;
- different interpretations of the request are possible;
- the client’s preferred focus needs clarification;
- or additional information is reasonably necessary to provide a meaningful and appropriately tailored reading.
These questions are intended to help TAROVERA prepare the reading as accurately and usefully as possible, taking into account the client’s circumstances, priorities, preferences, and the nuances of the situation.
The client is responsible for responding to reasonable clarification requests where such clarification is necessary for the reading.
8. Delivery Time
Unless otherwise agreed, a personal reading will be delivered within 48 hours after both of the following conditions have been satisfied:
- payment has been received; and
- TAROVERA has received all information and clarification reasonably required to prepare the reading.
If TAROVERA asks the client for additional clarification, the 48-hour delivery period does not begin until the client has provided the necessary response.
If clarification is requested after some information has already been provided, time spent waiting for the client’s response is not counted toward the 48-hour delivery period.
If the client does not respond to a necessary clarification request, the order remains pending and TAROVERA is not considered late or in breach of the delivery period while waiting for the required information.
This clarification process exists to allow TAROVERA to provide the most useful and appropriately tailored reading possible based on the client’s actual question, circumstances, wishes, and relevant details.
Where a delay is caused by circumstances outside TAROVERA’s reasonable control, the client will be informed where practicable.
9. Delivery
The completed reading may be delivered using the communication method agreed with the client, which may include:
- email;
- Telegram;
- WhatsApp;
- or another agreed electronic format.
The service is considered delivered when the completed reading is sent to the contact details supplied or confirmed by the client.
The client is responsible for ensuring that their email address, messenger username, telephone number, or other contact information is correct and accessible.
10. Nature of Tarot Readings
A Tarot reading is inherently interpretive.
The reading represents the Tarot analysis produced for the client’s question based on the information and context available at the time the service is performed.
A reading does not guarantee:
- a desired answer;
- confirmation of the client’s existing beliefs or expectations;
- a particular future event;
- the behavior, intentions, thoughts, or feelings of another person;
- reconciliation or separation;
- financial success;
- employment or business results;
- medical recovery;
- pregnancy or fertility;
- legal outcomes;
- or any other specific real-world result.
A disagreement with the interpretation does not mean that the service was not provided.
The purpose of a personal Tarot reading is to provide the requested interpretation, not to produce a predetermined or preferred answer.
11. No Professional Advice
Personal Tarot readings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
A Tarot reading should not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, legal representation, financial advice, or other qualified professional services.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
For matters involving health, safety, law, finance, or other areas requiring professional expertise, the client should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
12. Cancellations
Because personal readings are individually prepared for a specific client and question, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled once TAROVERA has begun performing the personalized service.
If a client wishes to cancel before work on the personalized reading has begun, they should contact TAROVERA as soon as possible.
Any cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
13. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, a completed or substantially performed personal Tarot reading is non-refundable.
A refund will not be provided solely because:
- the client disagrees with the interpretation;
- the reading does not confirm the client’s expectations;
- the client does not like the answer received;
- the client would have preferred a different conclusion;
- the predicted or discussed situation later develops differently;
- the client changes their mind after the personalized service has begun;
- or the client is dissatisfied because the interpretation differs from their own opinion or preferred view of the situation.
A Tarot reading is a personalized interpretive service, not a guarantee of a particular prediction, conclusion, or real-world outcome.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. Problems With Delivery
If the client believes that the completed reading has not been received, they should contact TAROVERA at:
TAROVERA may ask the client to confirm the email address or messenger details used for delivery.
Where a genuine technical delivery problem has occurred, TAROVERA may resend the completed reading without additional charge.
15. Scope of the Selected Reading
Each reading covers the scope described for that service on TAROVERA.
Purchasing one reading does not entitle the client to:
- unlimited additional questions;
- repeated new readings;
- continuing consultation without additional payment;
- or analysis of unrelated situations outside the scope of the selected service.
Reasonable clarification of the delivered reading may be distinguished from a new question requiring a separate reading.
The client may ask reasonable clarification questions relating to the delivered interpretation for 14 days after delivery.
The clarification period does not include a completely new topic, situation, person, decision, or question that requires a separate reading.
Where a client introduces a materially different issue after the original reading has been completed, TAROVERA may treat it as a new request.
16. Client Communication
TAROVERA may communicate with the client using the email address submitted with the request.
If the client voluntarily provides Telegram or WhatsApp details, TAROVERA may also use those channels for:
- payment arrangements;
- clarification of the request;
- obtaining information relevant to the reading;
- delivery-related communication;
- and other communication directly connected with the service.
Providing Telegram or WhatsApp details is optional unless otherwise agreed for a particular order.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the TAROVERA Privacy Policy.
17. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for:
- providing accurate contact information;
- providing the information reasonably required for the reading;
- answering necessary clarification questions;
- reviewing the scope of the selected service before payment;
- and making their own decisions after receiving the reading.
TAROVERA is not responsible for limitations, misunderstandings, or reduced relevance of a reading caused by incomplete, misleading, materially incorrect, or withheld information supplied by the client.
18. Right to Refuse or Stop a Reading
TAROVERA may refuse or discontinue a reading where reasonably necessary, including where:
- the request is unlawful;
- the client uses abusive, threatening, or harassing communication;
- the request requires TAROVERA to participate in fraud or wrongdoing;
- necessary information is deliberately withheld or falsified;
- the client is under 18;
- or TAROVERA reasonably determines that it cannot provide the requested service.
Where payment has already been made and the service is stopped before substantial performance, any refund or other remedy will be determined according to the circumstances, applicable law, and any applicable payment-provider rules.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TAROVERA and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from:
- reliance on a Tarot reading;
- decisions made after receiving a reading;
- actions taken or not taken by the client or another person;
- an outcome differing from the interpretation;
- delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or clarification;
- incorrect contact information supplied by the client;
- or failures attributable to independent third-party communication or payment services.
Nothing in these Personal Reading Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Third-Party Services
TAROVERA may use independent third parties for payment processing, invoicing, email delivery, website hosting, or communication.
Those services may have their own:
- terms and conditions;
- privacy policies;
- verification procedures;
- payment rules;
- processing times;
- and dispute procedures.
TAROVERA is not responsible for independent decisions made by a third-party provider, including verification requirements, payment holds, transaction rejection, or service availability.
21. Relationship With the Terms of Use
These Personal Reading Terms apply specifically to paid personal Tarot readings.
The general use of tarovera.com remains governed by the TAROVERA Terms of Use.
If there is a conflict between these Personal Reading Terms and the Terms of Use concerning the purchase or performance of a personal reading, these Personal Reading Terms will apply to that transaction, except where third-party contractual terms or mandatory applicable law provide otherwise.
22. Changes to These Terms
TAROVERA may update these Personal Reading Terms from time to time.
The terms applicable to a particular order will generally be the version published when the client submits and pays for that order, unless a later change is required by applicable law or expressly agreed with the client.
The current version and its most recent update date will be published on TAROVERA.
23. Governing Law
These Personal Reading Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply under the laws of the client’s country of residence.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a personal reading will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
